OCS...

Nope. I didn't get into OCS. I expected that right from the start because I ain't a well-liked person in my platoon although I scored damn high for all the written test and I got almost full marks for all my technical handling test. My SOC timing is 8 minutes and 15 seconds but I still can't go. Why? Because my dad's been jailed before. My security clearance therefore is not up to their standards. Even MP doesn't want me. I'm like a 0.9mm bullet and MP is like an M16. OCS is like a GPMG. If I, a 0.9mm bullet, can't even fit into an M16, I definitely can forget about fitting into a GPMG. I'm condemned to roll around in the mud of Tekong until I pass out from BSLC, or worse, ASLC.

I understand that there's a theory that criminal blood runs in a family. But that hasn't been proven yet. How can they assume that a jailed man will produce a criminal son? Bollocks. But what can I do? I can only except fate.

However, I am very unhappy with the people chosen to enter OCS. The results are released yesterday and I heard a fucking bastard I hate a lot got into OCS. Damn. He's a screwed up snob who sleeps beside me in the company mess. He's lazy, always sleeping, and he thinks he's some big fuck. He's always asking everyone to turn off the lights when he wanna chat with his girlfriend at night. I mean, what the fuck? Why can't you chat with the lights on? He says it's too glaring to chat with the lights on. What the bull-fucking-shit are you talking about? What or who gave you the rights to ask everyone in the bunk to stop all activities, turn off all lights so that you can chat with a gal?

And if that's not enough, he's always the last in the bunk to wake up. He's always the last few to fall in in the morning. When we try to ask him to wake up earlier, he gave some fucked-up excuse like "Why should I wake up earlier when I can fall in on time?" And when we got to know him more, guess what he did? He asked us to set our alarms later so that we won't wake him up in the morning. Just what the fuck does he think he is? Will waking up 10 minutes earlier kill him? It's not as if his nose will bleed, he'll vomit or get hypothermia if he sleeps 10 minutes less in the morning. Fucking long-necked, mole-faced bastard. I hope he cannot take the training in OCS and goes OOC. How can someone like that become a commander, an officer? Crap.
