Zouk...

I just came back from Zouk. That was my first time there but really, I prefer MOS much more.

We hit Phuture first, but we were quite early so there weren't anyone dancing just yet. We went to Zouk next, and it was the same. We ended up having prata somewhere near.

We went back in and the different areas were starting to warm up. Phuture had a few people down on the dance floor already. Suffian suggested we go for the Mambo thing first. We went in and, I tell you, it was the worst thing I've ever experienced. The music was bad, old and rather retro. The crowd? Rather old too. And what's worse? The whole crowd's like a cult group, doing all the silly dance moves simultaneously on the floor and on the fucking platform. What the fuck? And the guys performing those moves on the platform are fucking gay-like.

I couldn't take it and went to Phuture to dance. The place was packed to the max by then. I had to squeeze myself to the centre of the dance floor. It was worse than MOS on a weekend night. Fucking shit. I felt worse than a sardine but I still danced there until I left. Wee Hung danced with a rather plump girl. I saw Weiting. Nothing much. The music at Phuture was rather good, but I don't think I'll wanna go there again. I'll stick to MOS.

I'm intoxicated right now. I'm going to take a shower, sleep for a few hours and hit camp for lessosn. I still have some documents to edit tomorrow. I wonder if I can keep myself awake.
